Bio: Doug is the founder/president of High Performance Providers, a boutique consulting firm that works with World-class surgeons looking to direct contract with self-funded health plans. He also is a consultant to Coral.io, a platform that holds the largest library of direct contracts in the United States and provides the infrastructure necessary for purchasers to access over 1.8m bundles of care across over 10k locations in 42 states.
High Performance Providers only represents surgeons that deliver better health outcome for a lower/bundled price. Doug works closely with self-funded health plans, their third-party administrators (TPAs), benefit consultants and the high performance networks they seek, often times saving health plans 40-60% of spend. As an experienced and successful entrepreneur who has built and sold several healthcare, technology and human capital related businesses throughout his career, Doug knows how to deliver results.
He is a past recipient of many awards including Entrepreneur of the Year, Healthcare Hero, Innovative Business Leader, Top 40 under 40, “most influential” in employment and a ‘who’s who’ in healthcare. He is the past president of the Vegas Chamber of Commerce’s Business Council and has been a board member of SHRM, Entrepreneur’s Organization, UNLV School of Medicine and the Las Vegas Medical District.

Attorney Russo is also the founder and managing partner of The Law Offices of Russo & Minchoff, a full-service law firm with offices in Boston and Canton, MA. Attorney Russo’s practice is devoted to representing employers, plan fiduciaries, third-party administrators and carriers in employee benefit matters throughout the United States. He is a frequent speaker and author on employee benefit topics at webinars, conferences and seminars across the country.
Attorney Russo obtained a Juris Doctorate degree from Suffolk University Law School and a Master’s Degree in Finance from the Frank Sawyer School of Management at Suffolk University in Boston, Massachusetts. Chris Boling, PACCA, Vice President, joined AssuredPartners/Molyneaux in October 2010 as an Employee Benefits Account Executive. He was promoted to Vice President and became a share-holder in January 2014. Chris began his insurance career with his father in June of 1990. They both started Midwest Insurance Consultants and in 2005 Chris branched off on his own starting Mercator Assurance Partners in Rockford, Illinois. Chris and his team grew Mercator Assurance Partners to be a highly respected agency helping employers control costs while improving the benefit experience for employees. In 2010, Chris had the opportunity to merge his agency with Molyneaux and has continued his passion of helping employers become high performing. Chris and his wife live in Davenport, IA, and their three grown children live in the Denver, CO area.
